FEDERAL CLUB.
The twenty-first annual report of the 'Wellington Federal Club states that the club has a cash balance amounting to £36, and assots to tho value of £449. During the year a number of billiard and snooker tournaments were \ held, Tho club records with regret the death of Mr. D. Brand, who was ono of tho founders of the old Wellisgton Cycling Club. Tho membership; tof the club totals 157, thirty of whom were elected during tho pasfc year. The club dosires to thank Dr. Izard, and Messrs. T. R. Archibald, J. Downes, J. Doyle, B. Metz, E. Metz, T. H.' Morrison, H. G. Smith. G. White, L. Cohen, and Hyman and Co. for otc.
