The whole of tho delegates attending tho oonferonce of tho New Zealand Civil Service Association attended as a deputation before tho Public Sorvico Commissioner at the Post Office at 9.30 yesterday morning, and were engaged with him until 12.30. Tho findings of the conference wore placed before the ' Commissioner who promised to consider them, and supply tho association with his viows upon them at an early date.
