MOTOR-BOAT CLUB.
Tho annual meeting of the Port Nicholson Motor-boat Club was held at the Boat Harbour last evening. Tho report and balance-sheet wero adopted. The following officers wero elected: — Commodore (not elected); vicenximmodore, Mr. P. R. Baillio; rear commodore, Air. J. W. St. Clair; committee, Messrs. W. M'lntosh, G. Dennis, G. A. Downes, and J. Garfield; secretary, Mr. T. Pierard; treasurer, Mr. F, S. Greenshields.
