Payno, Labour 'member for Groy Lynn, was accusing tho Government of failing to adjust fixation in tlio interests of tJio poor man, Mr. C. K. Wilson niterjecte : "Why didn't you say that on tno Labour Estimates P ' (Laughter.) "Wo are going to say it on .Hie. Imprest Supply Bill," retorted) Mr Pavno, "and take somo hours to do it." (Renewed laughter.) Ho wont 011 to state that tho Labour party (of fivo ,members) had decided at a caucus mooting that tlio proper course uoula bo to defer its remarks on Jvaboiir matters in or<lcr that tliey might bo fully reported in Hansard.
