SPANISH MURDER TRIAL.

Captain Sanchez, who, with his daughter Luisa, is charged with the murder of Seuor Jalon, whose dead body was discovered behind a wall about two months after the orimo t has been interrogated- He blamed his daughter. Luisa retorted that sho had tried to prevent him, but her father threatened to kill her. Sanchez' counsel argued . that his client was not responsible for his actions, and that he committed the murder in a fit of mad jealousy, upon seeing that his daughter, for whom ho had had an illicit affection, was on intimate terms with another.
