JUDGMENT EXPECTED TO-DAY. His Honour Mr. Justice .Chapman tad Captains Now ton and Waller (assessors) were deliberating all day .yesterday ■at the Supremo Court on the evidence heard the previous day with regard to tlio -wreck of the Dovon, and it is oxpected that their decision will bo announced to-day. Captain Taylor, Lloyd's Surveyor at Brisbane, arrived in Wellington from 'Auckland yesterday afternoon. In conjunction with Mr. A. Walker, local surveyor for Lloyd's, Captain Taylor will visit the wreck of the Devon this morning for the purpose of making another thorough e'xaniination of the vessel. No instructions have so far been Teceivcd from London regarding the Devon.
