TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially Written for The Dominion.) TIIUKSDAY. Lentil Soup. Rolled Breast of Mutton. Potatoes. Onions. Dakewell Pudding. ROLLED BREAST OF MUTTON. Three or four pounds breast of mutton, veal forcomeat, a little beaten egg, stock, loz. butter, loz. flour, seasoning. Bono tho mutton, lay it out flat, brush over with egg, spread-tho forcemeat on all over,, then roll up and tie firmly. Put it in a saucepan, barely cover with stock, and simmer gently li hours. Lift out tho meat, strain tho stock and skim it. Melt the butter in a largo saucepan, add tho flour and blond well; cook 3oi -1 minutes, let it brown well. Add the stock, stir until it boils and thickens, add a little tomato sauco if liked, season to taste, and strain over tho joint. FOR TO-MORROW. Stock. Artichokes. One Schnappor. Vogctablo Marrow.
