From tho reports received from different sources in England it is evident that sohio in methods at the manufacturing efid aro urgently aipedcd, both inside and outside of tho factory, 'l'ho complaints coyer faulty' flavours, excessive moisture in butter, opeii texture in chceso and several other , defects, all of 'which aro preventable if :• propep caro is observed in tho handling •of itho raw product and its • manufacture. .
