General Arraiz, the Spanish commander, sent all available troops to Ceuta to assist tho Spanish column which was operating against tho Moors, but tho forco was fiercely attacked by tho tribosmen, and compelled to retreat. The nativo troops fled, and tho regulars proved to > be low-spirited and unreliable. Tho Moors are jubilant, and are conferring with Raisuli, who has threatened to attack Tetuan. Spain is sending reinforcements. Tho war is unpopular in Andalusia.
