MURDER OF AN ARAB

Sydney, September 16. ,Adviccs from Now Caledonia state that a Javanese named Bolenguen has been arrested for tho murder of an Arab coachman named E! Haoussine. Bolenguen borrowed five francs from tho Arab, leaving !iis mandolin as security. Later ho asked for tlie return of tlio instrument in order to colebrato tho Javanese New Year. The Aral) refused, becauso the debt waa still unpaid. Ho was subsequently found stabbed to death.
