CHINA CONCEDES.
JAPANESE TERMS ACCEPTED.
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Peking, September 14. China has accepted, en bloc, .Japan's demands in connection with the murder of Japanoso at Nanking. Poking, September 15. Although the Chinese Government agrees to Japan's terms, it is doubtful it' Cabinet will bo able 'to conipel General Chang Shun to march the. troops past tlio Japanese Consulate as a mark of sorrow. Public footing continues to run very high against the Japanese. Japan's demands to China include (it is nmli'r.stood) a fifty years' extension of . the Jeaso of Port Arthur, which expires in 19-3. It is anticipated that oven though China may perforce yield, some incident will inevitably occur facilitating an expansionist programme, including the military occupation of Foochow, Anioy, and the introduction into those zone,s of so-called "Manchuriah methods."
