1 — IN THE PANAMA CANAL. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright "Times"—Sydney "Sun" Special Cables. (Rec. Septembor 15, 6.55 p.m.) London, Soptember 15. A now earth-slide on tho cast bank of the Culebra Cut in tho Panama Canal indicates tho beginning of a movement that may delay the onening of the canal, which is now blocked in two places. It will now bo necessary to dredge several million cubic yards before the channel is clear.
