MILLIONAIRE YACHT SCHEME. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. September 14, 5.5 p.m.) New Yoi% September 13. Mr.. Cornelius Vandorbilt, Mr. Frederick Bourne, Mr. J. P. Morgan, Mr. Henry Walters, Mr. Arthur Curtis, and other millionaires, havo formed a syndicate to build tho America Cup defender, and Mr. Robert Emmons, of Boston, has been appointed managing director of- tho new yacht syndicate. It is understood that a second defender will also bo bnilt, and a serios of trials will precede the club's final choice.
