* NEW DESIGN ANNOUNCED. By Tolesra-ph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. September 13, 0.15 a.m.) London, September 12. Tho "Standard" states that an allBritish airship has been .designed, to be capablo of cruising 1600 miles at fullspeed with one charge of petrol, and able to ride at anchor, unharmed, in a 100-mile hurricane. The gas bag will admit of a combination of rigiditv and flexibility, and also entire deflation in four minutes. Tho airship will also have six propellers.. ! Lord Pomhroke, Loixl Ruthven, and others liavo formed' a trust fund to present tho firjt airship of this new design to the Admiralty.
