TWO NEW PLAYS BANNED. . By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyriffht "Times" —Sydney "Sun" Special Cables (Rcc. September 10, 7.35 p.m.) New York, September'lo. Warrants have been issued restraining tho production of "Tho Luro" and "The Fight" respectively, on the ground that they would corrupt public morals. Tho former was about to ho produced at Miss Maxine Elliott's Theatre. Tho plays have now been withdrawn pending tho spoeinl performances which are to bo given before a Grand Jury.
