The House of Representatives met at 2.30 p.m. THE LAND BILL. The Land Bill wag introduced by Governor's Message five minutes later. The PRIME MINISTER, in answer to Mr. Witty, said that the whole of tho clauses in the Bill were new. The Bill was read a first time on the voices. Its provisions wore explained by the Prime Minister, and the Bill was then referred to tho Lands Commutes. PUBLIC TRUST BILL. The Publio Trust Office Amendment Bill was read a third time on the voices. municipal corporations. The Municipal Corporations Amendment Bill .was read a second time, and
referred to the Statutes Revision Com* raittee.
