The Federal House is discussing Mr Frazor's motion of censure against Mr. Irvine's connection with tho Marconi Company: "That tho aotion. of the AttorneyGeneral (Mr. W. H. Irvine) in determining to hold a retaining feo from the Marconi Company, now in litigation with tho Commonwealth Government, has violated the code rule laid j down by tho British Prime Minister providing that Ministers ought not to enter into iiny transaction whereby their private pecuniary' interest may even conoeivably come in conflict with their public duty, and that such action is detrimental to tho best interests of tho Commonwealth."
