London, September 5. Tw«nty-eig;ht children aro suffering, from enteritis in tho Soutliwark Workhouse. There have been _ six deaths. Tho outbreak was due to poisoning from tho Borough Council's dust heaps near by. It is believed' tho disease was carried by flies. •
