At an inquest regarding the death of Nolan, a civilian killed during tho rioting in Dublin, the verdict was that deceased had died from a blow from a baton by. an assailant unknown. Bynio, a second victim, has sueoumbed to his injuries. Five summonses havo' been issued against tho police for alleged unprovoked violcnco. WHAT THE EMPLOYERS 'ALLEGE. London, Soptejnber 6. • Dublin employers allege that the trade unions have often failed to carry out written settlements, and the employers are endeavouring to abolish them. FROM THE CHAOS. ("Times"— Sydney "Sun" Special Cables.) London, September 8. Tho "Times," in a leader on the Dublin situation, says: "What emergos from tho chaos is that the employers united to break tho tyranny of Larkinism. What remains uncertain is the magnitude of the forces prepared to stand by Larkin and the lengths to which thoy will go."
