THE SUTHERLAND ESTATE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, September 4. The Duke of Sutherland's estate has been sworn at £1,220,905. ("Times"—Sydney "Sun" Special (fables.) (Rec. September 5, 7.10 p.m.) London, September 5. • The late Duke of Sutherland, in a document of twenty-four thousand words, left his wife an annuity of £9000, during the period of her widowhood: his sccond son £150,000; and- his daughter £100,000. Ho divided his Canadian property equally botween his wife and children. Annuities of £500 each aro bequeathed to his secretaries, and handsome legacies to tho majority of his servants. He desired that his body should be cremated, unless his wife objected.
