TRAINING COLLEGE FETE.

MATCHES AND RESULTS. The tennis tournament in connection with tho Training College Students' reunion was continued yesterday. Tho results so far indicato that the present students are leading by 8 rubbers to 6, or 130 games to 122. Figures of yesterday's play are as follow (present students being mentioned first in each case): — Men's singles: Smith v. Phillips, 6—4, 5—6, 6—5; Stain ton v. liibblewhite, 3—6, 6—3, 6—2; Foden v. East, 6—l, 3—6, 2—6. Men's doubles: Stainton anil Smith v. Morico and Phillips (to be played today) *, Parsons, and Fodcn v. ISast ana Kibblowhite, o—6, o—6. Combined doubles: Stainton and Miss Campbell v. Morice and Miss Harris, 6—2, 6—3; Smith and Miss Newman v. Phillips and Miss D'Emden, 6—4, 6—2; Parsons and Miss Williamson v. Kibblowhite and Miss Sievwriglit, o—6, 5—6; Foden and Miss Arthur v. East and Miss Lea (to bo played to-morrow). Ladies' singles: Miss Campbell v. Miss Harris, 9—3; Miss Arthur v. Miss Lea, 9—7; Miss Newman v. Miss' D'Emden, 5—6; Miss Williamson v. Miss Sievwright, o—9.0 —9. Ladies' doubles:' Misses Campbell and Newman v. Misses Harris and D'Emden, o—6; Misses Williamson and Arthur v. Misses Sievwright and Lea, 7 —y ; Misses Campbell and Newman v. Misses Kerslnko and Bailey, o—B.0 —8. 1 Tho fives tournament was concluded yesterday, the present students'winning all tho games with 189- points, as against the past students' 122 points. The detailed results of the_ play are as follow, present students bein2 mentioned first:—Mackie v. Fathers, 21 15; M'Caw v. Phillips, 27—7; Foden v. Morice, 21—14; Cammock v. Bowler, 21—5; Stainton v. Marsden, 21—19; Smith v. Hogg, 21 —12; Mackie v. Cammock, 21 —16; M'Caw v. lodcii, 21 —17; Stainton v. Smith, 21 —17. In their annual Rugby football match past students defeated present students by 29 points to 13. The annual liockey match between the past and present lady students resulted in a win for the latter by two goals to nil.
