Tho journal "Vonvaerts" states' that a scheme has been organised in tho interests of Germany's trado and foreign policy, under which newspapers in all parts of the world will bo asked to publish letters describing events in Germany. The letters will be written Jiy tho staff of n daily paper shortly to be published. It is alleged that foreign overseas papers have already promised to publish the letters.
