[Specially Written for Thj Domikiok.] THURSDAY. Celery soup. Curried mutton. Potatoes. Cauliflower. Apple fritters. CURRIED MUTTON. A pound ajul a half of neck chops, 1 pint curry sauce,' Jib. boiled nco, slices lemon, loz. nice dripping or butter. For t)lio sauce. —2oz. butter, 1 onion, 1 apple, juice of half a lemon, 2 heaped dessertspoons curry powder, and flour, I pint stock, wator or milk, salt to taste. Peel and slice the onion and apple, fry gently in the butter twenty minutes; mix the curry powder and flour in smoothly, add the stock and salt; stir till it boils, and lot it simmer tweii'ty minutes. Then add tho lemon juioo. Trim the chops, removing all tho fat, melt tho dripping in a saucepan, and fry chops both sides till a Jiice •brawn, strain away tho fat, and add the curry sauce. Simmer 1J hours till tender. Servo with a border of boiled rice garnished with lemon. FOR TO-MORROW. Stock, One ox kidney. Hake. Oysters. Bread'crmmbs.
