COMMISSIONER V. COMMISSIONER, By Telegraph—Press Association—OoD.vriEht (Rcc. Soptember 2, 9 p.m.) Sydney, Soptember 2. Tho Chief Commissioner of New South Wales Railways has been fined £o, with 10 guineas costs, by tho Arbitration Court on a chargo preferred by tlm Industrial Commissioner for failing to givo notico of the intended chango of employment and in respect to wages and hours, in connection with his dismissal of casual hands during tho lato strike. Tho Commissioner subsequently reinstated tho moil, pending tho hearing of a test case by tho Industrial Court.
