SEVERAL BILLS TO BE DROPPED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Sydney, September 2. It is understood that the Government intends to abandon a considerable number of measures. The session will probably close before the ond of the month. RAILWAY CONSTRUCTION. (Rec. September 3, 0.35 a.m.) Sydney, Soptember 2. A Bill will be introduced during the present session authorising a loan .of three millions for railway construction, irrespective of the agreement with the Norton Griffiths Company, by undertaking to expend £3,000,000 on the construction of railways, including the remaining sections of tho North Coast and Condoholin and Broken Hill lines.
