Albert Britton, sixteen years of age, has been remanded on the charge of manslaughter of Georgo Jones. He volunteered the statoment that they had been the best of friends sinco they were children. They went out shooting on Saturday morning, and when returning homo they extracted, as they believed, all the cartridges. Jones pointed his. gun at Britton, and pulled the hammer in a lark, whereupon Britton did the same. The gun went- off and shot him fatally. .. .•
