The Government (has directed the cancellation of oil licenses issued to rifle clubs in Ulster, anticipating presumably that theso clubs, numbering 140 altogether, will immediately disband. Tlio majority of tho members, Jiowovor, have decidod to pay the ordinary license fee, and continue their practice.
