'. I IRISH LABOUR LEADERS DEFIANT By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright > (Rec. August 31, 5.5 p.m.) ' v London, August 30. The Chief Divisional Magistrate in Dublin lias proclaimed against the trainwaymen's demonstration in O'Connell Street to-morrow, on tho ground that it is seditious. Parkin, leader of tho Transport Workers' Union, who was remanded on bail with three others, declares that he will go to the demonstration, dead or alive. The London Trades Council has telegraphed to Mr. Birrell strongly condemning the persecution of the Irish Labour leaders.
