rSpaoially Written for Thj Dwicnow.] MONDAY. Barley broth. Boiled rabbit. Potatoes. Cabbage. Ground rico pudding. GROUND RICE PUDDING. Milk, one pint, '2 tablespoons rice, loz. butter, 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 eggs, a few drops vanilla. Bring-the milk to the boil, mix the ground rice with a little cold milk in a big basin; pour the boiling milk into the cold, stirring. Return to the sauce)>an, and boil till thick. Then add the sugar, butter, and vanilla, and, wdien cool, tlio beaten yolks. Add the whites beaten stiff. Pom' into a greased piedish, bake in a. moderate oven until well .risen and moderately brown. FOR TO-MORROW. Liquid tlio aabbit was boiled in. Two pounds mutton chops. Suet. Treacle.
