Bohind these tho various crafts will follow: tho potter, tho coppersmith, jowellor, ombroideror (England's greatf «3t art in those days), illuminator of s precious manuscripts, glassmaker, carvI- er of wood and ivory, and also tho 3 weavor, dyer, and seamstross, who wero indeed artists at that timo, for tho J weaving ospeeially was such a compli--1 cated task, gold threads being woven into ,i all rioh fabrics.
