Asquith) and his daughter were playing on tho Lossiemouth (Elginshire, Scotland) golf links, two Suffragettes suddenly appeared, and knocked off the •Premier's hat. They then, seized and dragged him about. Detectives quickly arrested tho aggressors. The spectators were indignant, and shouted "Duck them in tho sea." Tho women declined to give their names and addresses. '
