Posters relating to tlio International Peaco Congress and a travelling menagerie were inadvertently mixed by the printers, and the streets were in consequence placarded with the announcement: "Universal Peace Congress. Performances daily! / Tlirco hundred, animals! . Imposing (groups of lions and tigers! A caravan of trained camels!" The posters were rapidly withdrawn.
