CITIZENS' CARNIVAL.
In connection with tlie Wellington Citizens' Carnival, members of committees and others interested are notified that the animal general meeting will be held in the Council Chamber, Town Hall, at 8 o'clock to-night. The order paper is as follows: — (1) Minutes; (2) Deport and Balancesheet; (3) Roport of deliberations and decision of Special Committee concerning the allocation of last Carnival balance; (4) To consider report of Special Rules Committee and to adopt rules; (5) Election of Officers; (6) Election of Sectional Committees; (7) Fix Dates of new Carnival; (8) General business.
