Plaintiff did not sign any contract, and was not aware of Clause 18 of the terms endorsed on tho passage tioket; consequently she. was not bound thereby. Plaintiff was thereforo, entitled to recover tho actual value of tho trunk and contents. Judgment was given for £26, with costs.
