Bulgaria does not intend negotiating with tile Porto regarding Adris.nople, as she contends that the Enos- Midia boundary line between Turkey and Bulgaria was imposed by the Powers, and its maintenance is their business. Athens, August 25. One hundred and twenty-eight thousand Greeks, Turks,, Jews, and Bulgars have taken refuge in Greek territory. Their number are daily increasing.
