MINISTERS' ASSOCIATION.

Tho monthly meeting of the Y/ellington Ministers' Association was held yesterday afternoon in tho Y.M.C.A, rooms. Tho report of tho illness of the Rev. B. H. Ginger, of Lower Hutt, was deeply regretted and sympathy expressed. After' routino business the president, the Rev. J. J. Lewis, gave an address on the life of the Rov. Murray M'Cheyne. Displaying an intimate acquaintance with his subject, ho interested the members of' tho association with lessons drawn from that life. M'Cheyne was only 29 years of age when he died, but loft an impression which has not passed away. Mr. Lewis endeavoured to trace his power to its source, and proved it to be in his fervent desiro for tho spiritual welfaro of his fellow-men. The association warmly commended the idea of a Y.M.C.A. Sunday during September.
