CITIZENS' CARNIVAL.
The annual general meeting of the i Citizens' Carnival Committee will bo heW in tJho Council Chamber, Town Hall, on Thursday evening next, at 8 o'clook. The inauguration of tho carnival last Ea9tor and the financial result augura well for the second effort, the dato of which; will be decided by the meeting. In a/lditiioni a lengithy order paper has been tabulated', _ comprising the consideration and adoption'of the balance-sheet, the report of the Special Committee concerning the allocation of tho last carnival proceeds, adoption of rules, eleotion of officers, and seotional committees.
