BREECH BLOCK BLOWN OUT, By Tcloeraph—Proas Association—Copyright Vienna, August 21. During the firing trials at Pola, the great naval port of Austria, an accident oocurred through the breech of a SOJ centimetre gun being blown out. . Threo officers were killed, nnd several officers end others injured, two seriously. Vico-Admiral Count Lanjus von Wellenburg, President of the Naval Technical Committee, was. terribly injured, his leg being amputated. \
