In the Federal House of Represantal- - Mr. Frazer (ex-Postmaster-General) attacked tho Attorno.v-General (Mr. W. 11. Irvine), on tho grounds of hig professional oonneotion, as a barrister, with tho Marconi Company.

Mr. Frazer declared that Mr. Irvine had no right to continue to hold a retainer from a company which was still challenging tlie Commonwealth Government regarding patent rights. Such a position was absolutely untenable if Mr. Irvine continued to hold tho AttorneyGeneralship.

Mr. Irvine refused to bo drawn. He' challenged Mr. Fraser to formulate a motion. Sir. Frazer announced that he would accept the challenge.
