The Immigration Department has decided that if Thaw is released as tho result of habeas corpus they will reject him as an undesirable immigrant, and return, him across the border. Governor Sulzer (who ignores his suspension' from office), acting as Governor of, New York, has telegraphed to Ottawa asking for tho return of Thaw. Mr. Glynn (tho Lieutenant-Governor, who was appointed to act in Sulzer'fl place), has made tho same request.
