Dr. O'Shea, the new Roman: Catholio Coadjutor Archbishop, was entertained by tho students, of St. Patrick's College on Thursday evening. Tho rector, Dr. Kennedy, in addressing the assemblage, commented on the high honour conferred on tho college by tho raising of onci of its ex-pupils to tho dignity of the Archbishopric; An address was then read to tho nenf Archbishop by one of the prefects, Master D. Connor. Following this, Master P. M'Carthy, captain of the college football team, presented his Graco with a mitro from the students. Archbishop O'Shea, in replying, recalled some interesting episodes of his early college life. His request that the rector should allow thq students a holiday in honour of thd occasion was received with much approval. . - .
