IN NEW. SOUTH WALES ASSEMBLY. By Telegraph—Presa AGSoojation—Cosyrjght Sydney, August 21. In the Legislative Assembly the DeputyChairman (Mr. Thrower) took umbrage at Mr. J. Miller (Bathurst) asking him to speak-up, l and ordered Mr. Miller to withdraw the remark.
Mr. MJiller claimed that his request waa a fair one, and threatened to report the matter to the Speaker. He. refuEed to,withdraw, and by Mr. Thrower's order the Sergeant<it-Arms removed Mr. Miller.
