Considerable disappointment was expressed at the non-payment of a dividend, but it was asserted that some shareholders wei-o sending their supplies to a rival concern. , Messrs. C. Voss, F. Maul, and T. Moss were re-elected directors. The next annual meeting will be held at Woedvillo. ■
