PRESIDENT HUERTA CONCILIATORY By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright Washington, August 19. Some misapprehension has arisen regarding President Huerta's ultimatum. Latest messages from, Mexico City state that Mr. Lind, Special Envoy from the United States, is having a cordial conference with President Huerta.

President Wilson, who has been conferring with Mr. Bryan, Secretary of State, was greatly reassured when Mr. Lind's cablo message arrived.
