Melbourne, August 20. Mr. Agar Wynnej Federal PostmasterGeneral, in a statement to the House, said that the Secretary to the AttorneyGeneral had given his. opinion that tho employment of the Indian doctor on board the Orontes was not contrary to the Postal Act nor the company's contract. Neither lie himself nor the Ministry, however, approved of what the company had done. . •
