Tlie previous <!a.y had been occupied by tlio addresses of counsel for the petitioner,' and tho reading of evidence . taken in Australia. At the commencement of yesterday's sitting tho petitioner was called to give evidence, and when tho Court rose lato in the afternoon 'lie was still in tho witness box. Tho caso will bo continued to-day. . Murao Horsley, of Sydney, was granted a decree nisi in rospect of a. potition for dissolution of her marriage with Percival Jolui Horsley, and was given custody of their two children. The parties werfc married in Brisbane in 1809. Jlr. W. JSim appeared for the petitioner.
