DYING MAN ARRESTED.

ON CHARGE OF "INSOBRIETY." (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Christchurch, August 18. On Wednesday last a young man named Walter Pricc was found in what seemed to be a state of helpless drunkenness, near Radley Bridge, Woolston. He appeared before the Court on Thursday morning, and stated that' lie was suiTering from asthma and consumption. As he appeared to bo in a bad state, he was remanded for medical treatment until today. Ho died in the hospital this morning. At the inquest a verdict was returned that death was due to cardiac failure, brought on by pericarditis and pnour monia. <
