London, August 15. Mr. Page, United States 1 Ambassador at London, has unveiled a Pilgrim Fathers' memorial at Southampton. In the course of his speech he'said: "On Anglo-American institutions and principles the destines of the human race depond. The responsibility of ruling tho world rests with those speaking Shakespeare's language."
A number of descendants of tho Pilgrim Fathers were present.
