His AVorship said 'that if the defendant choso to let the milk go out under Flutey he would be regarded as lier employee. His Worship convicted defendant, and lined her as stated alx>ve.
John Williamson Was similarly fined for having sold milk to whicli it was stated 10 per cent, of water had been added. Defendant said 'that the sample of milk secured by the inspector had "been bought tho day after ho had taken over the farm.
Baigoni; Bros., of Afratalvfiwa, were proceeded against for having- employed an uncertificated. engine-driver. They wore convicted, but, bscauss of mitigating circumstances, were only required to pay costs (125.). Tiia jincertilicated driver, Henry Blackwoll, was ordered to-pay 7s. costs. • 1
