ABOLITION CRUSADE BY AMERICAN WOMEN. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright St. Paul (Minnesota), August 12. The State Federation of Women's Clubs has started a crusado against the split, skirt. The Federation is memorialising manufacturers throughout the country to refuse to manufacture such articles, and is also asking the makers of dress patterns to modify the present extreme styles. Clergymen everywhere are united in denouncing tho presont-day fashions.
